This Devil Dog Concepts Hard Charger is a patented side charging handle system designed to mount to a specified Picatinny rail section on any standard, forged, flat top AR-15 or M4 type rifle. Replacing the existing charging handle to turn your rifle into a side charger, it is constructed from Mil-Spec anodized 7075 aluminum and steel, weighing under six ounces.
